Raw Artist – THE BLEND

What do you get when you combine the best musicians, photographers, visual artists, painters, fashion and accessories designers, hair and makeup artists, dancers and more that a city has to offer…and all in one night? You get RAW. 

RAW has been around since 2009, but the indie showcase first came to Nashville in 2011. In just one short year RAW has really made a mark in this city! Many events have tried to blend music, fashion and the visual arts but none have done it quite like RAW. Every time I go to one of their events I get a fresh sense of just how talented the city of Nashville is and how cool it is that we have a way to show those talents off. The entire night of The Blend was entertaining and the people were camera ready. I had a great time hanging with old friends and meeting new ones. But of course, seeing what people were wearing is my biggest joy of all.
